No Hassle Returns & Exchanges Policy


Our stylish staff handle all our fashion products personally so we can provide the most accurate and conservative measurements in our sizing charts however, we are only human and unfortunately we sometimes make mistakes too! We are therefore, more than happy to accept products for exchange in size or style. As we are sure you’ll understand, there are of course restrictions - we are not able to accept the return of wigs, makeup, pierced jewellery or products of a more intimate apparel nature (including hosiery) for health reasons unless they are deemed as faulty.

There are two options for exchanging your item which depend on how long you have before needing your exchange item.

If you need your exchange item within two weeks:

If you need your exchange item quickly we recommend placing a new order online so that you receive your exchange item in time for your event, and then send your unsuitable item back to us for a refund.

If you have more than 2 weeks:

If you have plenty of time before you need your exchange item we can do a direct exchange for you. If you would like to go ahead with this option please let us know so that we can put aside the exchange item/s for you. Please note that we hold exchange items for up to 10 business days. If you need more time than this please let us know.


If you are not completely over the moon with your purchase at Style Siren, by all means give us a buzz or an email to arrange the return of your order. We do have a 14 day deadline on doing this though so hop to it! Once we have approved your return (meaning your item isn’t a part of the above mentioned restrictions) you can then just post your product/s back to us! Obviously your item will need to be in an unused / unworn condition and all intact, original packaging needs to come back to us too! Also, to get your money back to you faster – it’s a great idea to include a copy of the invoice you received so we can tell from just one glance, who to give the refund to, and we also need you fill in and include the ‘Returns Form’ that was included in your parcel.  If you have misplaced your returns form, or did not receive one you can download one via the link below.

Please note however:

This is really important – so we’re mentioning it again! We are NOT able to accept the return of wigs, hosiery or products deemed as intimate apparel for health and hygiene reasons. Don’t panic too much! Your basic fashion item eg. Dress, top, skirt etc. don’t fall into these categories! Other ‘no can do’ returns include clearance or sale items, makeup, pierced jewellery, the same kind of deal as if you walked into a retail shop to buy your clothes!

Now here’s a heads up! Be very careful when trying on your fashion products! Unfortunately, we will not accept items back which have make-up marks, fake tan marks or other forms of body make-up transferred onto the product! To be on the safe side, it’s definitely a good idea to remove any such products from yourself before trying things on!

Please also be aware that we will NOT refund any initial shipping costs for your order or the cost you incur to return an item to us. This would be kind of like a retail store giving you petrol money so you can return a product to them, and that doesn’t happen right?! If your order received free shipping at the time of purchase, and you return your entire order to us for a refund, then an initial shipping fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you only return part of your order to us and keep some, then you will be refunded the full purchase price of your return. 

Return Postage Charges

To send your item/order back to us, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the case of requested exchanges - Your return satchel will also need to include a self addressed pre-paid Australia Post satchel for your exchanged item to be sent back to you. 

Please also note that an express postage charge of $12.99 will be charged at the time of exchanges being processed if a prepaid satchel has not been included with the return to send the replacement back in. This can be organised and paid over the phone when you call us to organise your exchange.

This is important!! - Customers are responsible for any costs incurred to return items/orders. Customers will be required to pay relevant shipping charges through their chosen parcel delivery service. If customers do not use a parcel delivery service for the return of goods, and mark parcels with ‘Return to Sender’, the $12.99 return delivery cost charged to Style Siren by Australia Post, will be forwarded to the customer by way of deduction off any sought refund.

Marking your return parcels with 'Return to Sender' is not recommended. Although this may seem like the easiest option, the delivery time for 'Return to Sender' parcels can be in excess of 6 weeks as these parcels are not considered a priority delivery by the postal service. This will significantly delay the processing of any refund or exhange.

Our fashionably funky staff are so busy getting awesome women’s fashion clothing into your wardrobes, that we only have time to process refunds once a week! This usually happens on each Thursday or Friday depending on our schedule – but definitely on a weekly basis! All refunds are issued back through the same payment method used to place your initial order. If you paid for your order by Bank Deposit, we will require your bank details (BSB, Account Number, Account Name) so we can refund to your account. If you paid via credit card, your refund will be issued straight back to that same credit card through our bank and we won’t need any details from you to do this. Payments made through Paypal are returned to you directly via Paypal and we also won’t need any additional details from you.

It’s always handy to include a short note with your return parcel on top of the Returns Form and Invoice, so we can quickly determine whether it is an exchange or refund. A quick scribble on scrap paper is fine – as long as we can read it – morse code or pig latin might stump us though!

If it’s an exchange you are after – make sure you have let us know beforehand what item you are exchanging for so we can make sure it has been held for you and doesn’t sell out in the mean time! Did you receive a free gift with your order?

  • The unused and unopened free gift will need to be returned in its full intact packaging if you are returning your entire order for refund - or a portion of your order that will leave the total value of what you keep (excluding shipping) at less than $100.
  • Please do not open your free gift until you are 100% sure that you won’t be returning your order or part thereof for a refund.
  • In the case where you return to us a product for which we cannot accept an exchange or refund, we can arrange to have the item returned to you at your cost, or we can deduct a shipping fee from your refund to return the item to you. Alternatively, we can destroy the item on your behalf.
  • Of course you may also decide to keep your free gift because you love it! If this is the case, and you are returning the rest of your order (or part thereof, as per the first dot point!) we will deduct the value of the free gift (retail price) from your refund.
Did you receive free shipping with your order?
  • If you return your entire order to us for a refund - the free shipping promotion will no longer apply to your purchase, and the postage charge of $12.99 will be deducted from your total refund.
