Our International postage rates are calculated and quoted using Australia Posts automated system. The cost of International shipping will depend on the combined weight of your order plus the delivery method you choose at checkout. Different International delivery methods are available to different countries and include air mail, registered, express and express courier.
Furthermore, our International customers are by law, not required to pay Australian GST (goods and services tax) which will automatically reduce the total amount payable during checkout by 10%, because our prices already include the GST tax!
So! Do we ship to your country? Most of the time, the answer to this is a great big YES! To be 100% sure, you can head over to the checkout section and check that your country appears in the drop down selection for delivery addresses. International deliveries can sometimes be delayed or incur duties when being processed through your country customs department, please note that we cannot control this and you will be responsible for any fees yourself. Due to ever increasing levels of internet shopping fraud, there are unfortunately some countries we are generally unable to ship to. If you can’t find your country in the drop down menu during checkout but you would like to place an order, please email us, and with extra information we may be able to manually process your order for you. Australia Post do offer several different International shipping services however, not all services are available to all destinations Once your delivery address details have been entered at the checkout page, our automated system will generate for you the various International shipping options available to your country, including the costs for each. Finalising this step is then as easy as selecting which shipping method suits you best! The cost of shipping internationally can vary greatly depending on the delivery destination, the required speed of the delivery and the weight of the parcel. Express Courier - International: A trackable method of shipping, this option is very reliable and cost effective, especially if you need your order fast! It requires a signature on delivery and will take 2-4 working days to reach its destination.
Express Post - International: A trackable method of shipping which receives priority handling along its travels! It requires a signature on delivery and will take 3-7 working days to reach its destination.
Insurance (Extra Cover): During checkout, the above two International Express shipping methods may have the added option of Insurance (extra cover) for an additional cost. The insurance covers you against loss, theft or damage. The extra cover will provide your parcel with proof of posting plus a signature on delivery, and secure handling.
Registered Post - International: A non-trackable method of shipping, this is a standard service which provides proof of posting. It requires a signature on delivery and will take 5-10 working days to reach its destination.
